Bookings
The Velmore Centre offers rooms for hire at affordable rates. Chairs and tables are provided, allowing customers to set up rooms in their preferred arrangement. Teas, Coffees and Buffets can be pre-ordered. Contact the Centre Manager or Bookings Co-ordinator for availability and prices. The Centre is not available for hire on Sundays.

Kent Hall
Our largest room can seat up to 150. Projector and screen available. Its high ceiling makes it suitable for exercise groups, musical performance, business events or social gatherings. Carpeted, Measures 41 ft (12.5m). by 30 ft (9m).
Cornwall Room
Seats up to 35, Wall mounted TV monitor. External window. Carpeted. Measures 23ft (7m) by 17ft (5.1m). Can be combined with Devon Room to create a larger facility.
Devon Room
Seats up to 30. Wall mounted white board. External window. Carpeted. Measures 19 ft (5.7m). by 17 ft (5.1m). Can be combined with Cornwall Room to create a larger facility.
Somerset Room
Seats up to 25. Wall mounted TV monitor & white board. External windows. Carpeted. Measures 17 ft (5.1m). by 15.5ft (4.7m).
Suffolk Room (Health Consultation Room)
Our smallest room, comprising sink, desk and patient bed.
Community Cafe
The Cafe is open Monday-Friday 10am-1pm serving Teas, Coffees, Cakes, Lunches and Light Bites. This can be used on its own or in combination with another room hire, for serving food. A good size kitchen is attached which can be hire for catering purposes.
Belmont Hall
Belmont Hall is situated on the Corner of Belmont Road and Falkland Road. Comprising a hall, toilets, kitchen and outdoor space, the hall lends itself well to school holiday clubs, children’s parties and meetings.
Free on-site parking for up to 17 cars to the rear of the premises, accessed from Kent Road. Bike Rack situated at the rear of the premises.
